Where we ship

Delivery is free on all US orders. For now we only ship within the US. If you're somewhere else and would like a Tuck, email tuckbox@support.com and let us know.

Timing

Orders ship within 2 to 5 business days, and delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after that. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Wrong address?

Email tuckbox@support.com as soon as you can. We can change the address any time before your order ships.

Lost packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, email us and we'll look into it. If the package turns out to be lost, we'll send you a replacement.
