Where & how much

Free delivery on all US orders. We're US-only at launch - if you're elsewhere and want a Tuck, tell us at tuckbox@support.com and you'll be the reason we expand.

Timing

Orders ship within 2-5 business days. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days after shipping. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it leaves.

Wrong address?

Email tuckbox@support.com as soon as possible - we can update the address any time before the shipping label is printed.

Lost packages

If tracking stalls for more than 7 days, write to us and we'll either chase it down or ship a replacement. You won't be left refreshing a tracking page alone.
