30 days, no interrogation

Return Tuck within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Any reason. Email tuckbox@support.com with your order number; we'll send a prepaid label and refund within 5 business days of receiving it back.

Emergency unlocks

Every Tuck includes two lifetime emergency unlocks, built into the product. These are yours to use - they don't require contacting us.

Something wrong with your Tuck?

If your Tuck ever misbehaves, write to tuckbox@support.com and we'll make it right - repair, replacement, or refund, whichever fits. If you're ever locked out unexpectedly, contact us immediately and we'll walk you through the release.

Damaged in shipping

Photo of the damage to tuckbox@support.com within 7 days of delivery; a replacement ships free, no return needed.
