Returns

14-day returns

If Tuck isn't right for you, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Email tuckbox@support.com with your order number and we'll send you the return address. We'll refund you within 5 business days of receiving it.

Emergency unlocks

Every Tuck comes with two emergency unlocks built in. You can use them yourself whenever you need to, without contacting us.

If something's wrong with your Tuck

If your Tuck isn't working as it should, email tuckbox@support.com and we'll help with a repair, a replacement or a refund. If you're ever locked out unexpectedly, contact us right away and we'll help you open it.

Damaged in transit

If your Tuck arrives damaged, email a photo to tuckbox@support.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll send you a new one. You won't need to send the damaged one back.
