11:47 PM

You meant to put it down an hour ago.

After a full day of work and decisions, there isn't much willpower left, and that's usually when the scrolling starts. It's not a character flaw. Most people are running on empty by 9 p.m.

How it works

You only have to decide once.

Put your phone inside, set the timer and close the lid. It stays locked until the time is up, so you don't spend the rest of the evening arguing with yourself about it.

What you get back

Time for the things you keep putting off

Read the book on your nightstand, go for that run, or make real progress on a project. If a whole evening sounds like a lot, start with ten minutes and build up from there.
